Seeking treatment and support can be overwhelming. Australian Coalition for Endometriosis member EndoZone have developed resources to support those impacted by Endometriosis. This has been done in collaboration with researchers, health experts, Australia’s endometriosis associations and consumers.
My EndoReport
allows you to add your own information and download a report that you can take with you to your health appointment. The more information that you can provide, the better you will be able to advocate for your own health plan.
