2026 National Endometriosis

and Pelvic Pain Consultations

The Endometriosis Coalition facilitates a critical national dialogue on Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain. The National Roundtable Consultations are designed to capture diverse perspectives from patients, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers across all Australian jurisdictions.

The 2026 consultations will focus on refining existing strategies, addressing implementation gaps, and establishing measurable, long term policy goals to improve diagnosis, care, and quality of life for all affected Australians.

Participants are also requested to note any progress or concerns to raise against these areas since the last roundtable consultations in 2025.

The National Endometriosis Consultations are fundamentally designed to be a comprehensive and inclusive forum where every participant's voice is critical. By bringing together diverse perspectives from patients, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers across all Australian jurisdictions, the process ensures that the full spectrum of experiences and expertise is captured.

"What progress have you noticed since the last Endometriosis Roundtable in 2025?"

Participants can contribute in the following key ways:

  • Celebrate Success: Participants are encouraged to share and document areas of progress and advancements in care, diagnosis, or policy implementation since the 2025 Roundtables, allowing successful strategies to be recognised and replicated nationally.

  • Suggest Something New: The focus on refining existing strategies and establishing measurable, long-term policy goals creates an open mandate for participants to propose innovative solutions and new strategic directions that will improve diagnosis, care, and quality of life for affected Australians.

  • Explain a Barrier: The consultations specifically target addressing implementation gaps and unique challenges within local communities and practice settings, giving participants a vital platform to raise any concernsor explain the specific systemic and regional barriers that are preventing access to necessary care and support.
